Have only used once because I have another product that has the same vitamin in it so I put it to the side, but it seems to be good

I think I have bought this about three times and my husband and I take it. I can't say I noticed a huge benefit, but I feel like it helps when I am feeling run down.

Check the dosage. These aren’t very potent.

Caution
This is absolutely a GREAT product because it has NATURAL Zinc and Copper in it unlike most other supplements out there. That being said, you should always take Zinc after you've eaten a meal or it could very well give you stomach pains or make you nauseous.
