Good parcel box, does the job, but only one key is included.

Nice looking but the fixings were a pain to use. The box is pretty big and I bought it because of missed deliveries, or worse, delivery drivers leaving parcels insecurely by my front door. I didn’t want something this large stuck to tye front of my house though, so positioned it to the side of my garage, out of the view of prying eyes. The only issue now is getting the delivery drivers to use it! Our postman has used it but says that head office advises them not to! Amazon drivers and other couriers never leave parcels in it even though I always add the box to the delivery instructions. I suppose it’s quicker for them to leave things by the door and means they can keep up with their targets. I can’t blame them really. The lock isn’t great and I find the key very awkward to use.

Good quality, lovely colour but unfortunately arrived damaged in one corner, even though the box was not damaged. Disappointing considering the price I paid.

The box came with basic fixing bolts/anchors but needs at least two more. The door is not very secure either and can be ‘popped’ open pretty easily. The door needs multi point locking / securing. Unfortunately, despite installing this recently, it is now leaking water as well. Also, marking it as a parcel drop is a clear invite to those who have bad intent. Would I buy another? Sorry, but the answer is an emphatic no.

Optisch schick, hilfreich und gute Handhabung. Eine der wenigen Kästen die auch Angeboten werden zum an die Wand schrauben. Für mich wichtig da der Boden schräg ist. Es muss aber unbedingt darauf geachtet werden, daß die Wand gerade ist. sonst verzieht sich die Spaltmasse an der Tür. Die mitgelieferten Anker Dübel nur bei Beton nutzen! Bei Ziegelmauerwerk sollten es normale 8. Dübel sein. Fazit absolut Hilfreich, ich will es nicht mehr missen . P.S.: die SMART Funktion wurde noch nie von einem Zusteller genutzt.
