I get my shipment promptly, the product has given me no ill side effects. It’s a vitamin mineral supplement, I guess it works I have been using it for several months with mo problem.

Just like their other vitamins, this one offers noticeable quality right away. I had felt more energized within days. Even when I don’t think I’m deficient, it gives the perfect amount of what I need. Love this brand.

** UPDATE: 6/8/16 ** I am updating my original review below and now giving these vitamins 4 stars. My original review was in November 2015. I found out in January, 2016 that I have Lyme disease (2 years misdiagnosed, long story). After months of treatment and feeling MUCH better, I decided to give these a shot again because I thought maybe my heart palps were caused by the Lyme. I can now take these vitamins with no heart palpitations or any ill side effects! (I actually bought the ones without iron this time but they're identical to these, minus the iron). I still maintain they are easy for me to swallow, although they are on the larger side, and have no gross taste or after bite. I'm only giving them 4 stars because the magnesium is very low, so I still need to supplement with an additional vitamin for that. Other than that, I really like these and the fact that you only have to take 2 a day (unlike other higher quality brands where the serving is up to 8 a day!) I'm currently only taking 1 per day but will increase my dose over time. ********** Original Review ********** I have the MTHFR genetic defect and was looking for a good multivitamin with methyl-folate. These gave me some pretty serious heart palpitations. I get palps from time to time but this was all day and very upsetting. I know it was from the vitamin because the palps began when I started taking them and ended when I stopped taking them. This was only from 1 tablet per day. They don't smell or taste bad like other high quality vitamins I've tried and no nasty aftertaste either. They're on the larger side but I had no trouble swallowing them as they are coated and went down easy (and I am someone who has a very difficult time swallowing pills). There is a line in the middle of each pill too so you can easily break them in half. Overall, if I had not had the strong reaction to them that I had, I would have kept taking them. It's a shame for me.

This doesn’t make me feel any different. However, my bloodwork results are good with no deficiencies. I usually split it in half, because I don’t think I need that much. Great, because it lasts me a long time. It covers a wide range of vitamins and minerals. Also, make sure you’re eating healthy at the end of the day. If you don’t eat good these pills will not solve your problems.

These are my favorite vitamins and I like them in tablet form. I can definitely tell a difference when I don’t take them. My functional med doctor suggested these years ago.
