| Directions | Dilute 32 parts water to 1 part conditioner. Wet down pet thoroughly. Apply diluted conditioner and start massaging into the skin and coat. Avoid contact with eyes. Great product for itchy skin...
This is a great remedy for dry, itchy skin. I used this on my Golden Retriever & she A) quit itching B) smelled clean & fresh C) felt SO soft D) was shedding a lot less. A little gies a long way so this will last us a while! Great product!

Good value
Prediluted condition makes conditioning my dogs so much easier. I purchased this along with their shampoo and prepared a milk carton filled with 32 oz plastic bottles. The recommended dilution rate of 32:1 seemed too much, so I used 15:1 instead and it worked out great.

Smells like a wet dog
This conditioner stinks. It actually smells like wet dog!!! I diluted it and it still smells horrible. It works as a conditioner, so I gave it 3 stars, but it is not a nice smell on your clean dog.

Leaves my pets hair super smooth and silky. Use this after the green groom soap

Adjust dilution ratio let it sit.
As long as you make it a little stronger and let it sit it's great. You can add a shot of other conditioner to make a really good deshed boost. KEEP IN MIND, as with all products especially conditioners having hard vs soft water will determine dilution ratio as well as ease of rinse. I use this and others in a professional facility.

This is chunky goop that doesn't mix well in water and smells like a chemical factory. Also does not seem to add any benefit to my dogs coat. Would not buy again
