Very soothing gentle cedar scent. I LOVE IT! If your nose is poor you may not notice it much; however if you only use natural fragrances (it’s no essential oil), you’ll be pleased.

Do not buy this product if you want to smell any type of Japanese Hinoki Wood. This is just a plastic bottle with water in it. At most, you'll smell the plastic of the bottle if you stick your nose in the opening. I never write reviews BUT this time I had to b/c I don't think I've ever been cheated so badly. This is really a zero stars product.

I had high hopes for this, loving the scent of hinoki as I do and that it comes from Japan. The scent is almost undetectible, though.
