I really want to love this more, it’s great material, was expecting the latex to be on the inside but it’s still makes me sweat a lot. I bought mine in a large and this just barely fit me, I’m typically a size 6 and it was a pain initially to put on. It has gotten easier as I get use to the hooks. It does feel like the underarm part rides into my armpits and can make this uncomfortable sometimes. I really do love how low it goes and covers my fupa. And stays!!

This thing is amazing. It manages to take all my fat from my back and my belly and squeeze it up into my boobs. What more could you ask for? I trick people into thinking i’m skinny daily. However, do expect to suffer. It is hot, and you will sweat. A few reapplications of deodorant and perfume make it doable, though. When you’re sitting down, be prepared to sit upright the entire time. I wear it to work most days, working 12 hour shifts and it doesn’t interfere. I’ve performed CPR in this thing many times. You’ll also learn a new kind of comfort and joy when you get to take it off at the end of the day. 😂

I am 4’11 173. I originally purchased this product in May 2020 when I was about 185. I bought an XL. I was bummed because it appeared to be too small for my waist at first. After a while I attempted to put it on with some help from a family member and although it was tight, I was finally able to put it on. The more I wore it, the easier it became for me to put it on for myself. Now a year later I an purchasing the next size down. Thanks Ann Chery team!

Ok so i’ve been waist training 10 years now- i usually go through elegant figures but I needed one asap. The quality is good and it is true to size (the people on here claiming it’s too small either have never waist trained or don’t know their size) i’m a large. i’ve always been a large. At first obviously it’s going to be hard to put on? It needs time to stretch. only thing i don’t like is the fact that the bottom does flip up if I sit down, and i’ve only had it on for one hour. Anyways, 7/10. If ur ok with it flipping up occasionally then def get it, if you don’t want it too, id recommend another one more expensive.

I’ve gotten this waist clincher twice and I love it. The only thing is it can roll up and cause the wires to kink. Other then that it does its job it’s a bit uncomfortable at first but once you break it in it feels great.

I’m sorry happy I got this it covers the tummy yall you know the mommy pouch after the kids 💀 , kangaroo pouch , them cinnamon rolls if you know you know I wore it for a 10 hour shift now I won’t lie it was bothering me but I know I gotta get use to it I stop waist training 2 years ago I wish I never did stop cause I forgot what it felt like Ofcourse it raise the boobs up heavy so my B cups looked like D Cups 😫 other than that it did what it was supposed to I was sweaty under and I’m on my first row

Story time...I got engaged and then set a wedding date. Plenty of time to drop 5 pounds. That's it, 5 pounds. I was playing outside with my kiddos and rolled my ankle. No doctor because who can afford those right? So I thought, no big deal, little brace I'll be fine. Pain and swelling for months. Finally go in because I can't walk. Allllll the expensive tests and specialists conclude I destroyed my ankle. Need a complete lateral ankle reconstructing surgery. Get it done. Bedridden for weeks. Crutches for more. Hulk calf on one leg and nothing on the other. Aweeeesome! 4 months till the wedding my dress comes in and I take a breath after the first button is done. That bad boy popped and flew off in record speed! Rhanlsgiving comes, back pain that will not go away. No injury. Christmas comes, doctors and all the expensive tests. My spine didnt form corrently in eutero. No fix, pain will get worse as i age. PT for pain management because i won't take the heavy narcotics and soecialist in February. Merry christmas. I tried to find a waist trainer to help with back pain and the tummy issues. Still only want to lose 5 pounds. Find this gem. Like ok, I'll try it. Arrives a week late. Just opened it and I'm beyond disgusted. Someone wore this, for an extended period of time, and sent it back. The smell...I'm boiling eggs and this smell was puke inducing. Took some pictures with bits of the prior recipient still on it, along with their favorite pet that I'm sure was in all the selfies. This is nasty!!! I'm furious and now have nothing to help me when I go for my dress alterations fitting tomorrow. Horrible!!! Clearly getting a refund but this was just disgusting all around.

Im normally a 36 chest. I should went up one to 38. Perfect fit but for downsizing purposes, should go up one.
