They cook evenly and rise well in the pan, whether I'm using a non-stick frying pan or a griddle. I’ve also used this mix as a base for other recipes, like adding fruit or spices, and it holds up nicely. It’s versatile enough for both everyday breakfasts and the occasional treat brunch. While it’s a great bulk buy, I do wish there was a gluten-free version or that it catered to more dietary needs. It contains wheat, soy, and a small amount of buttermilk, so not suitable for everyone. That said, if you can enjoy it, it’s fantastic value for money and an excellent pantry staple for families or anyone who enjoys a reliable pancake mix.
