After 5 years and constant auto-emails from Amazon attempting to pull a review out of me, ive decided to finally review something. Ive been growing my beard now since the beginning of the year, and as a first time having a full beard ive made numerous purchases trying to get it right. I work in a job that requires that if i have facial hair it needs to be well kept, and in general im a clean cut guy. After beard oils, salves and boar brushes i still felt a comb was needed. The brushes cant be used as neurotically as i touch my beard without damaging it, and im not going to carry around a brush. I had been using cheap plastic combs, but they would snag if i were to comb all the way through to the skin. I knew i wanted a wooden comb as its handmade, polished and of a higher quality than the pos plastic combs. I chose this one for the reasonable price and workmanship that had been remarked upon in other reviews and was apparent in the photos. After receiving this product and opening it up i was impressed with how soft the wood is, it moves perfectly through my beard, and do to the width and length of the teeth it will work well for straightening out longer, unruly beards. The honest reason why i chose to review this, after actively choosing not to for years, was the sincerity of this company. I received an email after my purchase from someone directly within the company, kindly asking for this review. The reviews theyve received are honest and true. Too many companies are diluting the legitimacy of product comparison by giving away there product to drive up review totals and in the end, mislead the consumer. We PURCHASED this product at the listed price, and reviewed this product after ACTUALLY using it. Thank you for the great comb, and i will be steering my bearded brethren toward your product.

I love this pear wood comb! I was very excited to try one for the thicker comb and universal use for head and beard. My wife and I both love using it for its anti static capabilities and light wood scent. We both have used it on damp and dry hair with great results. Plan to use it on my daughters curly hair as well for knots and anti static brushing through. I ended up buying both this comb and the hatchet style beard comb because I just couldn't decide and looked forward to trying them both for various uses/taking one along with me on the go. I am very happy with both and truly dig this brand and their customer satisfaction. They contacted ME, and quickly remedied a slight cut defect in the precision side of the other comb and are sending another one out promptly. Look forward to buying Rocky Mountain Cedarwood Balm next!

I bought this comb for my husband as a surprise while I was out of town. The packaging based on the image was definitely part of the reason I selected this comb over others. I was hoping that it would keep the comb long term as it is used. I haven't given the the comb to my husband yet but it seems sturdy and of good quality. I am sure he will really like the comb. Although this seems petty, I was really hoping the case the comb came in was one it could be stored in. However, it was flimsy and taped shut, the comb is loosely placed in the box. Their logo is beautiful and the comb itself seems very nice; I just wish the box it came in was up to par. It may not matter to most but those kinds of things matter to me especially because the box was part of the image in which the comb is advertised.

I loved the comb from the first use. It is sturdy, has a pretty good smell, like fresh wood if I could describe it. One of the teeth broke or was defective within first week but I had noticed from when I opened box it looked slightly damaged. HOWEVER I emailed them and got a response in 4 hours or less and I got a replacement within 2 days! That’s 4 days before the estimated delivery date, which was nice! This one is not defective, smells great as well and is just as sturdy! So I would say the product consistency is great. And kudos to customer service for being quickly responsive and getting me my replacement really fast and what’s even better they let me keep the defective one which saves me some time from going to UPS or FedEx.

I use this comb daily, it's great, smooth, never had any major issues. It does start to loose it's finish after a year of daily use though, fortunately it still continues to work fine for long after (years).

Looks awesome it's a good comb as well I use it for my hair when I style it with pomade I bought one for my friend and I we wanted something that looks unique because we do our hair allot and he has long hair so he's constantly combing his hair it's also non static witch is great it's our new go to comb. Just a heads up It didn't really bother me but it doesn't mention this in the description their made in China but what can you expect everything is now a days and it makes sense cause their hand made it would be too expensive to make them here still a good product but honestly it doesn't feel like real wood it's very light and Idk just didn't feel right at first but you get use to it that's why I'm giving this 3 stars I would recommend the perfect comb instead it's the same price bit better quality

I’ve been on a hair care journey of my own, and finally decided I was done with plastic tools. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but I knew something about them was impacting my hair negatively. Cleaning them and even buying new ones would only buy me time until I became disappointed again. This comb has done wonders. Not only does my hair overall look better, it feels better. The wood really does help distribute oil, which my hair can become quite oily on day 2! Since using this, I can push to day 4 half the time. Highly recommend!

Bought this a year and a half ago, and this comb only get better with age. I has absorbed all the beard oils i have used and feels better the longer i use it. 6 stars!

Really love this comb. I have a medium length but sometimes wild beard, and the comb tamed it within a couple of strokes. Feels lovely, and feels a lot more quality than the price paid. Would highly recommend.

It feels almost plastic but I promise you it is wood. I should have bought the larger size honestly, but this is a great pocket comb. price was good. company is great. And I love things made out of wood. no breakage yet.

Arrived promptly and very well packaged. Slightly larger than expected but not a problem. Very well made - nice finish and logo. Works fine - I mean, it's a comb !
