It was installed by a professional who did an outstanding job. It is also a great product and I recommend it. A very good product and I am glad I have it to assist us.

We liked the design...functional , yet streamline, stainless not requiring extended care, same design as our pool , and very sturdy.

Not a bad railing, reasonably sturdy and very shiny (if that's the look you want). This comes with expansion bolt anchors, which are fine but you get one shot to install them correctly, or you are screwed (no pun intended). The location of the bolt holes has to be very precise and you have to get the hole deep enough. I find it much better to use threaded rods and epoxy instead of the provided hardware. Even if the drilled holes are slightly off you can locate the rods precisely while the epoxy is still setting up, and you can lop off the top after it hardens so depth is not that important. This is more work, tools, and money but is more likely to succeed and is more sturdy.

The product’s material design, details and it’s built is excellent but the major problem is manufactures description. They do not post the correct dimensions separately for each size, they show one dimension and that is for the (5 steps).based on their dimensions I bought the set for 3 steps that I needed and had to return because they were too short, it was good just for one step rather than 3 steps.

The only reasons I didn't give this advertised 5 step SS rail 5 stars was #1 the anchors take a 25/64 masonry drill bit to install properly, try finding one. I used a 3/8" with a TON of reaming the holes for a proper anchor fit, #2 the middle horizontal rail is adjustable with a visible threaded type bolt/nut. I have almost 4" of "thread's" showing. IMO the middle rail is 3" to short, I don't know maybe they sent me the wrong middle rail. BTW my application is a 4 concrete step.

This is a very attractive handrail. The vertical posts are solid. However nothing I do will stop the top rail from wobbling on top of the posts. Tightening the attachments of top rail to vertical posts has no effect. As a result it inspires no confidence while using

I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE ANOTHER RAILING TODAY AND FOUND THE PRICE WAS $179 MORE THAN THE SAME ONE I PURCHASED LAST SEPT. TALK ABOUT INFLATION, WOW. IT'S A NICE PRODUCT BUT NOT THAT NICE. I'LL KEEP SHOPPING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE, GOTTA BE CAREFUL WHEN SHOPPING ON AMAZON AND DON'T TAKE ANYTHING FOR GRANTED.

Easy install and strong. For my 86 year old friend. He thinks that it’s great.

Yes this railing is expensive, but looks good when installed. I had to purchase other lag bolts (3/8). 10mm lags would work but no one has a 10mm cement drill. So do not even bother with the lag bolts that come with railing.

Requires more adjustments to compensate for different stair angles
