Bought this to contain The dust at the out feed end of my 24” dual drum sander. It works great. The bush is well made and exactly the right stiffness. Good value!

Super practical in wood shop as a skirt on blade /bit guards to prevent wooddust scatter, and the dust collector's suction stays focused within the collection/safety guard. Boards can easily slip under the bristle skirt. Way easier & faster than bristles in aluminum or wood tracks that have to be cut, mitered, &fit to suit.

Used this brush to make my own CNC vacuum shoe. The 4" was a bit long for my application. But after I cut it down to 3" its been perfect. Definitely would buy this again.

OK, it's built like the picture, but there are a lot of loose bristles, and strings everywhere. But hey, it's cheap enough so I'll live with it. I'd give it 5 stars if actually arrived as neat and tidy as the image!

seriously, I have not had any dist escape the shoe I made. I was pretty amazed by it

The dust shoe brush is made of synthetic material maybe nylon with an average stiffness. Worked well on sealing around my table saw dust collector. Use super glue to secure the ends whereever you cut the brush.
