I believe it works. I've began experiencing after meal a stomach pain and I know that Sea Buckthorn berries have healing properties. I am taking the capsules about a week only and I didn't notice the drastic changes, but the pain is gradually subsiding. It surely works, and like all good things need good time.

I failed to pay attn to it being a powder. I'm used to an oil. Hope it is as good this way

I purchased these a while back, this is a miracle worker if you a experiencing dryness, it is a must get. I think it helps to solve the problem overall because, although I haven't taken it in over a year, dryness is no longer an issue. But I will be purchasing sea buckthorn again for its heart benefits. The caveat though back then when I purchased it after a few months I noticed the powder in the capusules looked a bit mouldy which was a bit of a concern when taking it, though I still did and nothing went wrong with me. Do not smell the bottle, the taste can be a little off putting, so drink it juice. I've had the capsules, those taste delicious but in this form swallow quickly.

Taking this for abut 3 weeks and had right upper quadrant abdominal pain. Turns out that if you have a gallbladder (potential) issue, sea buckthorn oil is not good for you. I read about the possible side effects when the pain began and Sea Buckthorn can affect the gallbladder. Abdominal sonogram shows gallbladder small stones and sludge. Too bad, the product was working as intended.
