Only consume with workout
Do not use Mass gainer if you don't do workout It will help you to convert into belly fat So if you are planning to do even light workout then consume it Take one scoop after workout and one scoop in breakfast. Without workout you may faces issue like digestion ,Acne marks You can do any gainer if you supposed to do gym or workout at home ..

This is the worst experience i ever giving to any product..i never did it before for other..i genuinely telling dont buy this mango flavour or else u have to kept it as new cause if this soo bad taste..i bought it one months before nd still its same condition. If anyone wanna take send me the id ill post them..now u can think how bad it is..

Okay product but from nowon I'll refrain myself from using NAKPRO product, they advertise such cheap cost but the actual product is never good only prices are. 🤣🙏🏼

Keep in mind
Maltodextrin is a known intestine irritant, so stomach issues can be caused. Keep in mind before purchasing. Cookie&cream flavour is good.
