In America, we always treat UTI's with antibiotics, but when I had one while traveling in England, the doctor gave me this instead. Obviously, if you have a serious one you need to see a doctor because you don't want it to get worse, but I've found this gets rid of my UTIs -- which I'm annoyingly prone to -- fast and saves me from relying on antibiotics. Wish we sold it here!

This stuff is amazing! I found it in the UK, during an exchange year, and I always keep a box on hand. It knocks out 3 out of 4 UTI's without the accompanying doctor's visit and $$$. Hints and tricks: 1. Start at the first HINT of a UTI. If you wait, it's less effective. (I also stock UTI test strips, so I can be sure before starting a course.) 2. Drink water like you are secretly a camel in human form. 3. Avoid caffeine, dark drinks, & sodas. 4. Lay off the booze!!!

This stuff ought to be available in the states. I got a UTI in England and this stuff worked wonders. I ordered from Amazon to have as a back up because I suffer from UTI's more than I'd like to in hot weather. Come on Bayer, we need this in the USA.

Thank goodness for Amazon because this product is only sold in the UK and Canada. I don't have to wait until I go back to Europe to pick up a stock of Cystopurin. I like it better than any product we have in the US. It seems to work better for me.

This didn't help my IC symtpoms at all. I know we are all different so it may help others but not me. It was worth a shot and was hoping to get relief but I did not.

My sister told me about this stuff. It's amazing. I have NEVER had anything knock out a UTI like this does if you take it at your first symptoms. It works better than antibiotics. Even works if the infection has become fairly advanced.
