It is as effective as the name brands but not smelly and not as expensive.

Cheap and it really works within an hour. I been struggling with itchiness and burning sensation when peeing after I do number 2 and take a shower. Not sure if I am over wiping or may have hemorrhoids but I felt itchy at night and day even and had a pink wipe when I wiped, even when I used Vaseline and dried my private part after showers. I’m not ashamed to say all I have done to ensure I stay clean and comfortable. I used this cream after showering and omg the itch was gone after 1-2 hours and was able to sleep without feeling itchy. Only needed it for 1-3 days then stopped using it, still use it when the problem comes back but now I know there is something that will calm my pain! Highly recommend it!!!!!!!

I didn't receive this item from Amazon that I have purchase I used it very few sons and it works fabulous I wanted one for so long and I finally got it thank you Amazon and it was that a reasonable price

I absolutely love this stuff. It has really helped me during flare ups. Works just as well if not better than the name brands. No weird smells or weird sensation from it. It just straight up works.
