Perfect Work Out Routine Multitasker
Very sturdy and ready to use except putting on the hand grips with the pre-installed straps. I like that idea because as the user guide shows the straps could be mounted to a door or other solid object. Changing the intensity level is simple and quick. The unit is low enough to fit under a bed and does not take up much space.

Simple But Nice
Machine is compact and does as advertised. The only downfall is who ever thought of velcro on the bands is crazy. Solution for me was drill and tap frame and add metal hooks. Remove velcro and use metal rings in the hooks. So bottom line it's worth the money and a great asset in home gym.

Some misgivings about thos bands (how much trust does VELCRO merit?)
I'm undecided about the machine after one day.. My physician recommended some weight lifting, then added that resistance bands would be as effective as barbells. I notice that the male and female models for the eHUPOO are placing very little pressure on the device. In fact, looking at the photos I can't decide whether they're "before" or "after" shots. If the photos show the results of using the machine, I'm impressed since both models are exceptionally lean, no extra fat--abdominal or elsewhere. What concerns me is the ruggedness and safety of the machine--esp. the resistance bands--if placed under greater stress. Instead of any sort of metal anchor and hook-up, the end of each band is a strip of velcro. You simply wrap the band around the metal tubing and on to itself, counting on its velcro not to let go. If I wish to do arm curls or overhead lifts equql to the resistance of a couple of 50-pound dumbbells, how much trust dare I place in velcro (a rather thin and narrow strip at that)? The velcro is certainly quick and convenient, and perhaps it's as secure as a heavier, more elaborate connection with metal clips. If it's not, I'd prefer not to make that discovery while pushing the band's resistance to the max. (Just to be safe, I plan to wear goggles.)

Don’t waste your time and money
It was nice but loud then it broke. I had the insurance plan and they denied it. Won’t be buying from them again!

Great
This is a great tool for people who haven’t exercised in a while or do just light weights. By following the provided instructions, it does some amazing things. I have told so many people about this, including my doctor.

Broke after a month
It's a decent product and loved it when I could use it, but the spring broke after about a month. Was highly disappointed in that, but I wouldn't say not to buy it. Just have to be careful not to overuse or put too much weight on it

The springs are strong and tough, helps to build the abs muscle.

Al principio causa dolor de espalda media baja, si se pone en el nivel intermedio que bien, en el nivel mas alto es el problema.
