A little works perfectly.
I use a tiny amount of this stuff, just up to the first thread inside the cap, every night in water or juice. It doesn't cause a bathroom emergency, it just softens the stool enough that constipation is a thing of the past. I'm unaware of any effect, unless I stop using it. Then my gut hurts.

I do not enjoy remembering to put it in my coffee each morning. However, it dissolves so completely and no taste nor does it change the texture of my coffee. Solves one big issue for sure.
