I love this hookah hose. It looks great with my setup. The colors are vibrant. The hose has a soft silky finish and is the correct length. The blue components are also high quality with a beautiful flawless finish. With all of that being said, it doesn't make any sense to have such a high quality item and package it in a way that takes away from the usability of the product. The box this hose comes in is a long skinny box, instead of coiling the hose up in a wider box it is stored/shipped with kinks in the hose. While trying to use this i have to remain aware of where each weak spot from being bent in the box is and make sure none of those spots are kinked. Hopefully after it has been out of the box for a while this will straighten itself out. This is my first time purchasing from this M.Rosenfeld. I usually order Kitosun brand from Amazon and will go back to kitosun now because their hoses are not kinked in the box. Their hoses are the same quality with the same soft finish and same thickness, pretty much identical except for color and mouthpieces. I really liked this pink hose, it's such a shame that it was damaged from subpar packaging.

The hose is great I love the pull and sleekness of it. However, not meant for straight input, hose kinks and bends making it harder to get a good pull.
