These are the best of all of the Met-X protein bars and are satisfying to consume. On the firmer side, the bite is satisfying. It's like a PB cup but thicker inside, and definitely less sweet than the popular candy. At the same time, I find the less sugar part to be preferable to that which is sickly-sweet. These things have been so helpful in my managing to cut back on sugar! I feel so much better and have lost a few pounds. The higher protein in this one makes me feel better about what I'm eating. Sometimes, I have to eat only half at a time, and it's still pretty filling. The Crispy Apple variety is also incredible. Nice job with this one.

Got these on the whim and they surprised me with how good they were. 300 calories and 30 grams of protein is already crazy good but the fact that it actually tastes good too adds to it. It’s not super fulfilling but it definitely helps a bit if you’re feeling hungry. Overall a good bar!

My husband and I order these in bulk. They are a great replacement meal when we are on the go with 30 grams of protein and only 338 calories (if you ignore net carbs and calculate with accuracy, they are more than the 310 calories advertised). They are large for a protein bar, will satisfy hunger, are low in sugar, and we have never had a bad or malty batch come to us, even in the heat of summer. They are a little expensive, but worth it for us as we both aim for higher protein. The main “con” I would give it is that it does taste a little - off? Chemically? I think there is a sugar alternative in it, which is what I think I’m tasting. Typically I try to stay away from those, but it’s hard to find a bar that can leave me satisfied/not hungry, has the protein I want, and taste perfect. Overall, it’s a pretty good bar. PS Their cookies and cream bar is my favorite. It just has nearly 100 more calories for the same amount of protein.

Great for bulking periods. Good texture and taste. Not ideal for a healthy choice

The worst MET-RX bars I ever bought. Usually the expiration date is about 2 years in the future when you buy this type of product. These are only 6 months. I've always liked the MET-RX bars. I don't think they were stored correctly. Tasteless and hard very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Great bars for on the go or after work out. Great flavor.
