I rarely write reviews, but this back brace deserves every single one of its five stars. I’ve been struggling with increasing low back pain lately, entirely due to poor support from my favorite lounging spots—specifically, my older, soft couch and the lack of proper lumbar support when using a reading pillow in bed. I was skeptical that a brace could help without being bulky or stiff, but this product completely exceeded my expectations. Absolutely love! It’s a wonderful lower back brace with medium stretchy but sturdy material and has what seems to be hard plastic boning in the back for extra support, meanwhile correcting posture issues. This is only mean to support or brace your lower back. Easy mobility and doesn’t lose its support. This is extremely common with other brands and different back braces. This ones support surprised me. There is even an elastic waist band with Velcro to hold it firmly in place and adjust to your body measurements or comfort level. It has very firm or sticky Velcro. I got my hair and a lace shirt stuck on it a few times. It is relatively easy to use because it has easy take off and put on access. Though as I said the Velcro is very firm or sticky and peeling it back is difficult. It’s a little bulky as well in the back but not too noticeable. It thins and shapes the waist. I’d say overall wearing it over a shirt at home or under your clothes at work, is a perfect use for this lower back brace. My back has really needed this!

Bought this for my son due to his back and he absolutely LOVES it, this back brace is helping him out a lot as he has a back breaking type of job, he claims that it relieves a lot of his pain and well worth it

This belt has phenomenal support. As someone with a partially herniated disc, whenever I start to feel tightness or some pain coming on, I will just throw this belt on real tight and it will usually allow me to function as normal with minimal pain until the tightness dissipates. The belt has three velcro tightening straps that I didn’t think were necessary, but now I see why they have them. They serve to support the back extensively with one holding the belt in place and the second two providing the support.

Had some back problems because of a stuck lumbar bar in my work truck. This plus a lumbar pillow have helped tremendously. Easy to put on, don't cut off your breathing, and if you wear over a shirt that is of decent quality it doesn't even irritate the skin. Very stable while allowing full mobility, and durable to boot!

This brace is fantastic! I never write reviews right after getting a product, but I had to in this case. This brace just arrived, so I put it on for my thrown back (old L 4/5 injury). It is really easy to use and put on. It has 3 points of adjustment: waist, and also adjustable on both R & L sides. It will stretch and/or tighten to whatever is most comfortable for you. The front of the belt is very rigid and stable, so it won't fold due to not having any bracing like my old back brace. I felt an immediate positive difference and it immediately gave me 50% increase in mobility and confidence to move, which will likely increase quickly. It seems to also have an added benefit of improved posture due to forcing my posture upright, which is greatly appreciated. If you have a lower back issue or injury, don't hesitate: get this now. I am not being paid by this company, so this is a completely unbiased review. I wish they were paying me or at least offering me this brace for free!

This back brace helps maintain the work that my chiropractor does. It supports my lower back and I’m able to do my carpentry work without pain. I it love so much that I bought two. One for working and the other when I have to be out and on my feet for a long time.

Size is ok

Only used twice to rake leaves and shovel some snow. Felt comfortable and supportive. No back pain so far.

the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.
