INSTANT FOOT SUPPORT TO HELP KEEP YOUR FEET HAPPY
Good quality and support. True to size and very comfy. They are well made, perfectly shaped and end far enough away from the balls of my feet so that they do not compress the toe joints, providing support and padding in just the right places. I followed the sizing chart to get exactly the right size. They have definitely helped with walking.

Surprisingly good
Ok I’ve never ever left a review for anything anywhere but felt I should for this. Now I can’t say I had a baby Jesus hands laid on complete recovery the moment this was slipped on like some reviews on here, but there is most definitely a change in my injury. I’m pretty sure I’ve got an Achilles heel that appeared suddenly, couldn’t put foot to ground for several days, completely out of the blue, completely stopped my exercising, around 7 miles walk a day. I also know I was overdoing things and continued after realising it was hurt and then bang excruciating pain. Couple days rest and was a little improved and tried inserts in trainers which helped a little but could only walk a very short distance, around house only. So saw these and thought ok give them a try, reviews from some who put them on and not only could they run 50 miles and their eyesight was cured too immediately sounded promising. Now I can’t claim that, I did measure my foot and got the correct size, I’d say that was important and shouldn’t be guessed. Once on they’re like a really good compression sock, can barely feel it’s on, under a sock really it just disappears. They don’t travel or move about they just fit really nicely, not circulation cutting off but firm. Now the effect, it’s been really quite surprising! I’ve only been wearing them full days for two days now, there is still heel pain but it’s lessened a huge amount, I found it a little uncomfortable in bed so take it off to sleep. Waking in the morning I can put foot to floor quite easily and once it goes on it just gives a nice support. I can feel the muscles now in back of leg, across the top of foot and under starting to ‘give’ like they’re stretching again and I’ve a very reduced limp now, most of the time walking normally. It will be a while until I will be back to my daily total again, but seeing as it was my fault in first place I’ll just have to suck it up! So to sum up, yeah give them a go, don’t expect a miracle but if it has helped me then there’s a very good chance a less sceptical person will get great results immediately. If it improves at same rate I’d say in three or four days I’ll be pretty back to normal which would be great. Thumbs up from a non reviewer 👍

Support socks
I found these made the side if my little toe sore. I do have fairly wide feet though. So not comfortable for me

Useful and effective part of treatment for heel pain.
I had been working long hours on my feet and ignoring increasing pain in my feet and calves until one day I got up and literally could not put my left heel to the floor as the pain was so acute. Luckily I had recently had an appointment with a podiatrist for hip pain and had been issued with insoles to correct gait, so despite services being very restricted due to covid-19 I was able to speak to a podiatrist over the phone and get a sheet of exercises. With resting, icing and exercising; avoiding walking barefoot and always wearing flat shoes with my insoles I've managed to improve my foot pain. After 10 weeks unable to work (or earn) I was getting desperate and starting searching Amazon for miracle cures! I bought two pairs of these socks and also a foot brace for another supplier to keep my calf muscles extended overnight. I've been trying these solutions together for about a week or so and the socks to play their part. When my foot comes out of the brace in the morning, avoiding that initial calf tightness which triggers morning heel pain I put a sock straight on my left foot and then into a shoe with a support insole. If I now just wear the shoe I can feel the difference. The sock definitely supports the arch of my foot and reduces the sore acheyness that develops otherwise. It also seems to cushion and support my heel a bit. This might sound like damning with faint praise but I'm very glad I bought them. I don't think there is a miracle cure for plantar, but they are a useful and effective part of my tool kit for steady improvement. I've started working very short shifts, partly on my feet and I'm not sure this would have been possible without the socks. I'm shoe size 6. I bought medium. My left foot is very comfortable in them. I take it off at night as I've noticed that if I wear it with the brace my toes start to go numb. I've tried wearing one on my right foot and my toes went numb. I think I don't notice the tightness on my left foot because of the plantar pain and the fact that the tightness brings relief. I've only washed them once on 30 and so far so good. I'll be using them for the foreseeable future and would buy them again. If you are in the early stages of developing heel pain I can imagine they would help with prevention. I will avoid working long hours on my feet without support for the rest of my life now - I am still extremely limited in the time I can spend on my feet because I ignored foot pain until I developed a really painful and hard to treat condition. My doctor has advised that he won't give me a cortizone injection because I went down this route for plantar when I had it 20 years ago. Cortisone can thin the tissue on your heels making them more vulnerable. He said as I'm improving slowly I am better continuing with everything I'm trying and making slow progress and to expect that it will take 6 to 12 months. This is when products like these socks come in useful for me as an effective part of an ongoing process. Maybe they could be a miracle cure if you are just starting with aching feet after work or having that heel pain in the morning that wears off. If you have neglected your feet until you are in a lot of pain constantly from arch to heel to ankle and shins these will not be a miracle cure but they will really help.

The best
Every few years I have a recurrence of plantar fasciitis and have used different makes of compression socks to try to find the right one. These Rymora socks are the best I have tried. (In fact, a few days after my first pair arrived I ordered two more pairs so that I would always have them.) They are well made, perfectly shaped, end far enough away from the balls of my feet so that they do not compress the toe joints, and they provide support and padding in just the right places. I followed the sizing chart to get exactly the right size. Delivery was very quick and the documentation from Rymora was friendly and reassuring. Excellent.

Easing the pain when walking
They have definitely helped with walking. I use them whenever I go out alongside using insoles that support my high arch...in addition I also found using the Rymora long compression socks over night really helpful. In summary the sleeve compression socks in combination with exercise etc have been really good in helping ease my plantar fascilitis

PF is not an easy pain to deal with. Some patience is required, and there are clearly tools involved in its treatment. There are variations from person to person and from the initial causes. In my case, it involved patience, arch supports mounted inside the shoes, ice treatment, and compression socks. The cause as best I can tell is due to my high arches, and a lifetime of running. Without each of these components, careful control, and rest, the pain will continue, and a single injection of cortisone, I can hardly imagine the progress that has occurred. But certainly the Rymora compression socks have been a major part in the successful treatment. I have 3 pairs that are washed and cycled from day to day. And they are worn at night. They are used in soft moccasins and in modified sneakers during both day and evening. Once again, I emphasize the complexity of the injury, and the need to take a multi-front attack in curing a very painful injury! These socks played an important role in my recovery. Cliff

I really like these socks. You can feel some relief as soon as you slip the sock on. I wear them with my Vionix shoes for working out. I also wear it to bed sometimes. It doesn't take all the pain away but it does help relieve some of the pain. I would buy again!
