Best UV lamp
This was a present, this is their review. Works amazing. Has a sensor to switch on as soon as you put in your hand or foot if you slide out the base. Timer counts up instead of counting down so you leave it in as long as you need. Easy to use right out the box. Sturdy material and I would definitely buy again.

Good quality for money
I had previously used cheap lamps but decided to invest in this one, and it’s honestly made doing my nails at home so much easier. It cures gel polish really fast, I usually use the 60 second setting to make sure it’s set and the automatic sensor is super handy. You just slide your hand in and it turns on by itself, which feels quite fancy. The LCD timer is clear and easy to read too. What I like most is that it’s lightweight but still big enough to fit a whole hand or foot comfortably, so you’re not bumping your nails. It’s been reliable every time and hasn’t overheated, even with longer sessions. If I had to nitpick, the finish on the outside shows smudges easily, and the fan could be a little stronger, but for the price, it’s a brilliant little lamp that gives salon-level results at home. Definitely worth it if you do gel nails regularly.

Brilliant for home users
So I’ve been a professional nail technician for 10 years and when working on clients, I would always use the branded lamp of the brand that I used. This normally means that the price is greatly inflated because of branding. Having recently given up my nail business, I wanted to find a cheap lamp that I could use, just to do my own nails. Luckily the nanometer of this lamp matched what was required by the gel polish brand I use so I decided to give it a go. The lamp is pretty simple to use. Simply plug it in and it automatically is on and ready to go. There are 4 buttons on top that you can press once your hand is in the light that will do a designated time of 10 seconds, 30 seconds or 60 seconds. There’s also a 99 second timer where by the lights come on at half strength and after about 60 seconds increase to full level which means it’s great for products that are prone to giving a heat spike because it’s slowly starts the curing process. If you just place your hand in the light, it will count up. I’m not sure how high it goes, but I got just shy of two minutes and it was still counting. There are sensors that sense your hand are going in the light, but it would be nice if you could select the set amount of time that you wanted, put your hand in and then it counted that time down. My previous lamp also beeped when the timer was finished which this one doesn’t, but that’s only trivial. The light itself isn’t particularly weighty, it does feel quite thin and flimsy compared to the lamp I previously used, so it does move about on the table a bit if the wire is hanging down, but it did an absolutely fantastic job of curing my gel. It’s nice and shiny as it should be, there’s no signs of it, not being cured properly and it’s the fraction of the price of a branded light. If you are trading to the public, then by insurance requirements, you must use the lamp created for your brand, but for a home user, I recommend this one because it has the correct wavelength and nanometre to cure the majority of gel polishes on the market. I’m really pleased with it, and it’s simple to pop away back in its box once you’re done until you want to give yourself a new manicure

Pretty good lamp
Really good for the money. Was smaller than expected my old kne u could fit two hands under but this is big enough for one but it does the job and cures gels pretty good.

SUNUV led nail lamp
This was recommended to me from a friend. Only used it once but was very easy to use & well worth the money. Looking forward to using it again as very satisfied with the quality & it is very quiet.

Lasted less than 10 months, can't cure anything anymore
I had high hopes for this lamp and in the first few months it was working as intended. Bought this in February, 2025 - it always struggled with darker gel polish, but managed to cure layers at least in 2-3 minutes... however, by November, 2025 it would not cure gel polish properly at all, even after curing layers for 5+ minutes. I've had cheaper lamps before that lasted at least for a year! I've hardly used this lamp as I only do my own nails, maybe once every 2 months when I can be bothered with it. I know these lamps aren't supposed to last too long due to how they're built, but paying £50 for a lamp that couldn't even get through 12 months with occasional use is ridiculous. Don't get fooled by the good reviews, as most leave one after a few weeks or so, when these lamps still manage to cure gel polish and hardly anyone comes back to update after a few months of use. This was my second sunUV lamp, neither lasting longer than 13 months. I'm fed up buying Amazon UV/LED lamps that don't do what they're intended to do after a few months of sporadic use and considering buying a professional salon lamp, not just because it becomes pretty much as expensive over time, but also I can't stand the waste these useless devices produce.

best uv/led lamp
I have upgraded to a uv/led lamp, previously had sun led and wow 🤩 this is a game changer fast on curing inbetween doing builders gels. Very easy to use and timer function fast and effective, the warmth of machine doesn’t over heat safe and brightness excellent, cannot tell u of lifespan as i have only had since late Dec 2025. I highly am impressed with performance, and i was recommended by a friend beautician to purchase fr Amazon 👌👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
