You won't be disappointed. ***IF you're currently on/taking prescription medication
First, "metabolic Maintenance" - the brand - is worth it's weight in gold. No additives, fillers, etc. Clean, clean, clean! And, what's in the bottle is actually what the label indicates. If you're hesitant about a curcumin supplement (turmeric) - do a quick google of the health benefits of turmeric. You won't be disappointed. ***IF you're currently on/taking prescription medication, double-check drug/drug interactions with turmeric.. it's pretty potent stuff - high doses have been shown to lower blood SUGAR and blood pressure.
