GlorytoGod this nose rinse is the best on the market I heat mine up in the microwave without the lid on it then I add my packet and the top shake it up and after my nose is rinsed and feeling so much better it will take a little time to get used to but once you do you will never not use it also I’ve noticed that sinus infections and allergies are a bare minimum now and also sickness is as well I my honest opinion is because I rinse ever night before going to bed and sometimes I do morning and night trust me I’ve used it for many many years now
