I loved it.
Usually we get the Milwaukee version of this gun from the orange store as the prices are so much cheaper through them, but sometimes when you try to do a ship to store order it doesn't come as quickly as you need through the orange store supplier in CA so you have to cancel the order and order something else through Amazon Prime that will get to me in 2 days. I had to work out of town for a couple of months and when using this Albion 12V sausage gun I was pleasantly surprised how good it felt compared to my old Milwaukee. The trigger was reactive and I felt like I could control the flow of the silicone better. It even sounded better. I know it's the same as the Milwaukee, but it truly felt like a new experience. It was a pleasure to use, but unfortunately it got stolen out of my work truck along with my Milwaukee and some other tools. But until then it was great and I really liked it. Just make sure you get it on sale. I got mine for $230. Otherwise if you have the time for shipping, get the Milwaukee from the orange store.

Best sausage gun on the market!
This gun works great with 10-ounce traditional caulk tubes and 20-ounce sausage tubes. I've had success using this gun to apply Prosoco R-Guard liquid flashing products, along with Huber Zip liquid flashing, and a wide variety of other sealants and adhesives. The 26:1 ratio provided by this gun makes quick, easy work of spreading thick materials out of the tube - you won't struggle to squeeze the trigger. It comes in a triangle-shaped box that includes three large tips, three small tips, and belt/joint hook. Depending on the product you're planning to work with, you may want to buy more tips. I bought a bag of the large Albion tips (available here on Amazon) to avoid having to clean tips at the end of each day (about $1.50 each, considered disposable consumables). The tips are generic and you should be able to mix-and-match different products, as the sizes of 20-ounce sausage guns are somewhat standard.

The Perfect Tool
After we bought our house last year, the list of projects included the removal of some ugly, mismatched exterior molding around the windows. After removing the first piece, I was shocked to find that the molding was not used to enhance, but to hide the awful instillation of the windows. The insulation between the interior walls and exterior brick around the windows was removed which left 1/2" (up to) 1-1/2" gaps between the windows and exterior brick And no sealant was used to weather-seal. Professionals were way to expensive, so I took on the challenge myself. Expansion foam filled and insulated the large gaps, backer rod between the window and foam......But how to seal such a wide gap? All I was familiar with are those little ratchet type guns for the small tubes of sealant that give you a way too tiny bead for this job. Started to research and luckily, I saw a video for the Albion Sausage Gun....It was the perfect tool, very east to set up and use and clean with a little MEK, came with all the accessories, (latter hook was is a must have), variety of tips and can be used on sausage, and the small tubes. For a D.I.Y.er , (or pro) it was well worth the reasonable price.

Excellent, Durable tool
I need to say that while I have a great deal of experience with bulk guns, the only brand I have ever used is Albion. This is my second B12S20. My first one is still going strong but I got into a situation where I was using one color caulk on windows and another color at the siding and trim. Normally I would do it in two steps but it was easier to to get both colors done and then reset the scaffold. Amazingly I was surprised how similar the action was comparing the new one and the 10 your old one. In fact in another 3 or 4 months of use the only way I will be able to tell the two guns apart is where the very tip of my old guns handle is chipped. I have never replaced the anything on the old gun except tips. Albion truly makes a bullet proof product that just works. If you are still using 10 oz or 20 ounce tubes, I encourage you to at least try sausages. There is no muss or fuss like a bulk gun and all that is left after using a sausage is a disk of foil about the size of a silver dollar but twice as thick.

Caulking gun works great in any condition
This gun is great. I bought it to use the sausage to applied on the home base and framing gap. Gun is easy to handle and easy to operate. The only part I feel that should consider for rework is if you left the gun with the front closer then gun is useless as it sticks with material. But overall it’s very strong gun

Can't say enough good things about Albion products!
This caulking and all of Albion manual caulking and adhesive guns work effortlessly. I use a lot of adhesives and any one in the trades as well as homeowners who have used a "Thick" adhesive can tell you just have difficult it is to get the stuff out with just any caulking gun. Trust me this caulking/adhesive gun is worth every penny.

I am a contractor that specializes in waterproofing and restoration so I do a lot of caulking on high-rises and sometimes tend to cheap out with newborns... After switching to Albion I don't think I will ever go back again! I used to use these while working for an employer and forgot how wonderful they are... Albion is top of the line!!!
