I've been using NINGMI Waist Trainers for years, and they are simply the best. This is my third one, and I wouldn't consider trying any other brand. They are incredibly comfortable, barely noticeable when worn, and provide amazing results. I highly recommend the NINGMI Waist Trainer for anyone looking to enhance their waistline. Once you try it, you won't want to use any other waist trainer.

Great item for looking great and fit

I like the feel of the material. It is comfortable. I am not that happy with having to put it on like a skirt, but it is comfortable and stays in place. The outer strap is tight, and sometimes slides up in front. I use this every day, and it is holding up in the few weeks I have had it. Update: I have had this less than a year, and it is starting to fall apart. I did wear this every day for the last 9 months. I thought I would get a different brand. Now, I wish I didn't. This is way less bulky and super comfortable when compared to the other. I also love the binding mechanism is hooks vs a velcro closing mechanism. I am still wearing this as my favorite, but it is holding together by a thread at this point.

Excellent product; locks great, fit is good if correctly sized...feels good except for the front two metal flex tabs which aren't necessary due to the fact the back already has them for slight back support...the front tabs are more of a hinderance as they can become uncomfortable with prolong use and can bump you when performing stretches...I made a small incision on the inside where they stay and removed them... honestly it's an upgrade...I still get enough support where needed (my back) and the cutouts aren't visible or a hinderance; I can still do my cardio and weight lifting fine... stretching and kickboxing also feels much better, even when sitting for rest it feels better than factory. Great belt either way.

This is my second waiste trainer in 5 months. Nothing wrong with the first one, it just got too small, so that means it's working. This thing makes me pour sweat as long as you put in the work. Keep in mind a good diet and consistant excersice routine is something you must stick to. This waiste trainer won't do the work for you. Its just a tool. Only negative is its gonna smell like plastic for the first few time you wear it. I suggest hand washing it and letting it sun dry first.

It didn’t work for me when I got the product it seemed much smaller than the size I thought I ordered. It has about 30 clasps Or more like a bra that are buckled in the front before you can even close it with the Velcro strap. Way too hard to get into for me to have a snug fit so I returned it.

First time I can say it's definitely a quality waist band. I got a large and im a size 36 in pants so the fit is almost exact. Tight enough for my to get the heat and still flexible enough to move in it. If ur tummy is a little bigger go for the xl if you want to be sure it will be a good fit. Definitely breathable but you can feel the heat at the same time. Having it on for 20 min i began to sweat and could feel my lower stomach and back sweating. Def worth it. Doesn't look or feel like it will tear just after a few uses.

It serves the purpose perfectly. I use this when I am snowboarding, without this vest I feel a lot of pain at the end of the day on my back, after I started using no more pain from riding.

I don't know if you're going to lose a lot of weight because of this. But I purchased it to get my gut smaller.
