This necklace is so cute, and I was really looking forward to the 14 in option. However, when I received it it seemed a little long and thought it might be 16. So I took it to a jeweler today to have it shortened, and they measured it. Sure enough it was 16. I should have got what I ordered, because the cutting of it cost more than the necklace! I do love the necklace though, they did my name really cute in cursive, but it's just a shame about the length.
