This product did work for me. In one week I dropped 6lbs because I was so backed up. First day I steeped for 1 min. It did nothing. Day 2 I steeped it for 5 min and I drank it at 5pm everyday. Around 3-4am my stomach was cramping. I went to the bathroom at 8-9am. This happened few days later as I steeped it again for 5min. I kept getting lighter and lighter. On the 4th day I steeped it for 8min. Same result. I will try steeping it for 10min next. I went regular to the bathroom it wasn’t anything crazy. Mild stomach cramping for me. The taste for me was great. I am an avid tea drinker so without sugar it’s a normal black tea taste. The only down side that it says product may contain lead so I am probably not going to make a daily / weekly habit. I bought it mainly because I was super backed up and I needed a natural way to get rid of body waste. It works.

My coworker recommended this tea. She told me to brew two bags instead of one, but the first time I just did one bag and I did it at night and the following morning, I had two bowel movements nothing out of the ordinary my stomach did cramp a bit. Last night I chose to brew 2 bags and I had stomach cramps and gas and even burped a little last night and this morning in between 1 AM and 6 AM. I probably went to the bathroom five times but I was expecting large bowel movements. I just had a lot of stomach pain and the first bowel movement was firm or hard than afterwards. They were small and somewhat loose.

Often use this tea maybe about once a week beware I used to do two teabags and it will hurt you. One teabag will suffice. It will truly give you a gentle cleansing and move your bowels.

Der Tee bringt definitiv was. Geschmack ist vollkommen okay. In Kombination mit Äpfel etc. nicht zu empfehlen, dann ist tatsächlich das zuhause bleiben von einem Tag zu raten.

I generally don't have the best of bowel movements with it normal for a few days to pass in between sittings. I thought maybe this tea might help kick things off after a particularly delayed session. The tea tastes bad, I'm not going to lie about that (or maybe, it tasted bad to me because I'm not a tea drinker). About half an hour later, the noises coming from the depths of my bowel. The rumbling and stirring. It was like something out of a horror movie. After suffering through these noises and stirrings for a few hours, it passed. And the next day, I lost a good 3kg. I highly recommend. Especially if you want to establish your dominance and scare people away from you.

Óptimo producto. Ya tomaba este té cuando vivía en Estados Unidos y es lo mismo. Me ayudó mucho a adelgazar y ahora espero funcione igual. Hubo un pequeño problema con la llegada del pedido pero no por culpa del vendedor que al contrario fue muy amable. Lo aconsejo.
