Great product at a great price. This is part of my Anti-Covid prophylactic protocol, as recommended by my Physician's Assistant. I was Exposed on Christmas Day and am immunocompromised and DID NOT GET THAT BAD BOY. I will keep using this and the other recommended supplements until I can get the vaccine and most likely after as well. The capsules are on the smaller size and I have never noticed any stomach upset or anything, but you're taking it with meals, so I'm sure that helps. You can't go wrong with Now products and this one is another winner.

Being a school bus driver, I'll take any advantage I can get to prevent from getting sick and or capturing the reoccurring cold. Did some zinc research in early 2020. Most research dictated that zinc was helpful. That was more than enough for me. Then along cane Covid - 19. Well I was already on that this thing product the entire month of February so I decided to order a few more bottles for my wife and I. As of July 18th 2020 No cold No flu No winter respiratory issues And yes by the grace of God No coronavirus symptoms or issues. Plus I am a proponent of the now brand of supplements.
