I have trouble swallowing pills. Could you tell me the size?

It's pretty big it's the size of mike n Ike candy, if u know what those are. They evening primrose oil pills do come in a smaller size though. I think the 500mcg are smaller in size. The size of a Boston baked bean candy, or lemon head candy. Sorry those are the only things I can compare them to
