Followed directions exactly, products worked excellent.

My hair has been so dry and brittle lately due to lots of color treatment, hard water during showers, product build up, and also the winter weather. I try to wash my hair every 3 days. I can't really go past 4 days, and when I do wash my hair, I always condition, and I use quality products. I ran across the mention of this product on social media and decided to try it. I used half of each packet and followed the instructions on each. I was floored at how well my hair responded to this treatment. Here is a pic of my hair only after a blow dry. I have naturally straight, fine hair, but after a blow dry, my hair is usually frizzy and puffy with lots of fly aways. I am so impressed with this product, and I do plan to use and purchase again!

Lately my naturally silver hair had started having yellow tinted streaks despite using purple products. It also looked dry. In one treatment it is gone. Great product.

I am giving this 4 starts because I feel like you need two packs for longer hair. My daughter lives in the pool all summer and when she went to the salon before school started, hardly any of her color processed due to the film on her hair from the pool. We did a few of these treatments and her hair texture is 100% better and her next appointment her hair processed perfectly!

This product really does a good job removing build up from hard water. I can visibly see a different after I use this. Essential for blondes with hard water.

Leaves hair soft & refreshed

The repair conditioner it came with it very nice and did make my hair super soft and manageable... However, I didn't notice in real difference in my hair altogether. I recently moved back to CO where we have pretty hard water and noticed a difference in my hair pretty quickly, so I was hopeful this would help my poor tresses out but I really didn't see a difference from it. I am definitely disappointed and the only reason I still gave it 3 stars is because of the conditioner. I would purchase it on its own, it's really that nice. But certainly not the hard water crystals again...

Big difference in my hair after one use! Will be getting a water filter for my shower but this made a huge difference!
