Tiny but solid performer
So, I found I needed multiple scanners and by default- multiple scanners capable of analog and digital radio reception. I found these- bought them since they came in a pack of 2. The come with the standard female RCA - male BNC ( push then twist to lock) connector. The magnetic mount is small and I would not use it on moving vehicles ( by itself) unless you can change to a stronger magnet. The antenna is small but is able to handle ( reasonable) manipulation. Reception is good, no detectable interference by using additional antennas nearby with multiple frequencies and formats being received. The price is not bad either.

Order 2 and they worked so well I ordered 2 more the only down side is the magnetic is weak

magnetic base, it’s not very strong
This antenna is decent for the price at $9.99. It’s not the best, but definitely not the worst either. The biggest issue I had is with the magnetic base—it’s not very strong. When I placed it on the top of my car, it kept flying off or sliding on the side of the window, which was frustrating. (Yes my car is magnetic) However, once I mounted it on the roof of my house (second floor), it worked great! The reception is much better compared to the stock antennas that come with most Uniden scanners. For the price, it’s a solid upgrade for indoor or stationary use, but it’s not ideal for vehicles.

Cheap but mighty
I was skeptical of these antennas. Having used scanners for the last 40+ years I have used a number of antennas. Strangely with antennas, essentially being just a piece of metal (I know it's a little more complicated than that) I have found that you do get what you pay for. But I figured hey for $16 for 2 of them, I figured no big investment. But boy, have I been surprised?I have been picking up systems thirty plus miles away and getting them fairly clear. And for some applications like aircraft band have been beating my more expensive antennas. Aircraft bands are a secondary listening for me. It is not obviously the best for all applications but if you're just doing general scanning, Local police, fire, (800 MHz) aircraft and railroad It is a pretty good not great antenna.

Weak magnet
Helps with reception, but the magnet is pretty weak.

Picks up better than a standard antenna
Helped to pick up channels that I was having trouble picking up with the antenna that came with the scanner. Easy to setup and the sound quality is so much better. The cable length if about 10 ft.

BUYER BE AWARE
These antennas will not receive when you use them with Scanner.

Worked great for RR frex.
I use a scanner primarily for listening to railroad. My brand new BearCat BC125AT picked up no railroad traffic whatsoever with the rubber duck antenna it came with. This magnetic antenna was a huge upgrade. It's very compact small enough even to use inside a vehicle. I have a luggage rack on my car sole it does a good job of keeping the antenna from blowing away despite not having a large heavy magnet. You may need another arrangement if you drive at high speed often. Installation was super simple and really picked up on the signal strength that I knew was already there. When I get to the tracks I just turn my scanner on reach out the window and snap this on the roof.

This company will completely lie about what frequency range this offers! It only supports up to 400-470mhz!!

Works well

I was skeptical at first, but I knew my scanner was not picking up half of the radio traffic, particularly on the air band, that I should given I was only a couple of kilometers from the local airport. So plugged this in and placed it in my house in the same location as I had the handheld stock antenna - and what a difference! Started getting a lot more ground traffic and further away radio communication not near the airport at all! Trying it with other bands, such as 800 and 900Mhz ranges, also saw marked improvement in reception, on my SDS100. Overall - a great antenna, and because its magnetic, you can take it with you in the car for even better reception on the road!

Hooked these up to my antenna analyzer, big surprise, nice low swr bandwidth in the 2M and 70CM amateur radio bands. Stuck it on a cookie sheet and hooked it up to my dual band handheld. There was a huge increase in range. No the magnet is not strong enough for a moving vehicle but for a travel kit to stick on a railing or other metal surface for static use, good value.
