SPECTRUM NATURALS Avocado Oil, 16 FZ

I use this oil on my skin. It has been a lifesaver in these extremely harsh winter months thus far. I first found it at one of my local herbal and wellness stores. The smaller bottle was actually more than this size. Getting it from here was not only convenient but cheaper as well! Please 🙏🏾 never change the formula or the price. A little goes a long way as far as skin goes, and I started using avocado oil to cook so Im sure it does great in the kitchen. I need to but one for consumption. Never turning back!

So far i dont think they have cut this with any bad oils, its pure avocado oil as far as i can tell, except it does have a blueberry smell and taste sometimes.

Wonderful oil. Tastes good and the bottle is a dream. Not eighteen feet tall. Bottle fits in a cabinet. Dark color of glass will protect liquids that need protection. Will save these bottles for eternity and use them for all my pourables. Thank you.

Great oil - heavy duty bottle - good taste - will buy again

Not much to say here. Avocado oil is a very useful neutral oil for cooking and vinaigrettes. I mainly use it for high heat searing of meats and seafood after they've been in the sous vide. Also gets used for high heat cooking of Asian dishes in the wok, to induce the proper wok hei. It's also used for seasoning my cast iron pans and my wok. Occasionally gets used for a salad dressing. Would recommend to anyone.

Um I don’t think I can taste anything or feel the benefits with cooking a little healthier but the bottle is cool. It’s different than regular oil and I love guac so avocado oil I should love to and I do. If you want some fancy oil then give it a try if you are specifically looking for avocado oil then this is a solid bottle and good quality. Probably not much different than the other oils. My 2nd bottle first ordered on Amazon.
