Lovely Taste, Great Value for Money
Taste is lovely with a little honey, have been using before bed and have found that I am ready to sleep quicker.

I suppose it works some times
This beverage helps me to loosen up and relax a tiny bit before going to bed, not too much though. Sometimes when I am over-stressed it won't help at all. Taste: it tastes like you boiled your socks after a 10 mile run so no points for that.
