I am an avid cook and baker. I originally purchased this oil intending to use it only with my wok cooking (pic attached), but found the oil so exceptional that I now use it as my all purpose cooking and baking oil. This avocado oil truly acts as a flavor enhancer, whether used as an ingredient or a medium for frying. To my nose, the oil has a pleasant earthy aroma, but that aroma is not imparted into food. My homemade sourdough flat breads (pic attached) also turn out fluffier - and more flavorful - when fried in this avocado oil, compared to the unfiltered olive oil I used to make. Superb ingredient for baked good recipes calling for oil. An extraordinary oil for wok use, also excellent for use in seasoning cast iron. This brand stands out because it's verified to be genuine real avocado oil. Its mild flavor makes it perfect for dressings and mayonnaise. I appreciate avocado oil for its versatility and exceptional health benefits. It's rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and healthy fats, and it's great for helping to reducing inflammation. In my opinion, this and extra virgin olive oil are the best fats for human consumption, with a few other close contenders like macadamia butter which contains the blood pressure and blood sugar lowering palmitoleic acid. I honestly can't find anything to criticize. It's a great oil and I recommend it to anyone looking to cook healthy.

The oil is wonderful. It didn't say on the bottle that it was organic, but that doesn't always tell the well story. So I asked. Below, I have copied the company's response. I am satisfied: "We use over 30 million avocados per month and due to the volume of our production there are not enough certified organic avocados to meet our needs. The good news: Our avocado oil is Verified Non-GMO and Certified Glyphosate Residue Free! Avocados have a protective skin and are grown high off the ground, making them naturally resistant to pests. Very little, if any, pesticides are used and never herbicides. Avocados are consistently #1 of the Environmental Working Group's list of safe, non-organic produce called the "Clean 15". We periodically test our oil to be sure of purity. In order to ship our avocado oil internationally, it must pass stringent tests. For international trade, we test for 100s of chemicals, herbicides, and pesticides to make sure our oil is clean

Fantastic product. It is definitely one of the most versatile oils I have used with its high smoke point (great for stir-frying!), neutral flavor, and nutritional content. If you like Olive oil's nutrition, but want something with a more neutral flavor, this is it. In my case, I ordered several bottles at once. Each was individually wrapped in a bubble-wrap sleeve to protect the bottles during transit. Highly satisfied.

Absolutely LOVE this oil, tastes great and is great for you. I put 2 to 4 spoonsful in my coffee every morning. Absolutely HATE this Amazon price!! For some reason I thought paying this amount was probably in line for the quality of this oil as reported (almost 28 bucks on Amazon), little did I know a major outlet store (begins with "C" and ends in "O"), sells the same oil- same exact brand and size (33 ounce), for just over 9 bucks!!! My bad, at least I know where to go next time though, and I will absolutely buy again, only from you-know-who next time...

I have been using this oil for awhile and no complaints. The shipment was fast plus it was well wrapped.

blend avocado oil 50-50 with olive oil apply directly to greens for a very good salad oil. nice for making salad dressings too. but primarily the best fry oil for smoke point and health is avocado oil . melt some butter in the heated oil to reduce butter burning and enhance food flavor.

I'm trying to get away from cooking with corn, canola, and other bad vegetable oils Americans consume daily. Olive oil is healthy, has a great flavor, and great for cold foods, but it has a very low smoke point. Which makes it a not so healthy choice for cooking with. Also, good olive oil has great flavor, which is great for some applications, but not so good with others, where you really don't want an olive oil taste. Coconut oil is healthy, and has a high smoke point so you can cook with it, but I find it has a kind of waxy taste when cooking, that's really not all that pleasant to me. This oil avocado oil is neutral. And that is what I was looking for. The only downside is cost. But this one wasn't horribly priced, just pricey enough that it might discourage some people from cooking with it on a regular basis. The upside is you can use it in anything that calls for vegetable oil. You can fry with it, you can bake with it, make mayonnaise and dressings with it, any recipe where you don't really want a strong taste from your oil. That's what I'm looking for, and this is it! I love this stuff.

Amazing quality avocado oil, it's 100% avocado oil, nothing mixed in to it. Comes in a thick dark green glass bottle. Brilliant for high temperature cooking like steaks. It's a 1litre bottle, screw top bottle. Great price, cheaper than anywhere else Also this brand - chosen foods has the best quality avocado oil. 5/5 stars

De olie is erg fijn om mee te koken, door het hoge rookpunt verbrand deze nooit met normaal gebruik. De pan is veel te heet om mee te bakken/koken nog voor de olie begint te roken. Zeer neutraal van smaak en beïnvloed de gerechten dus niet.
