Wonderful product for surviving a potential zombie apocalypse
This is a wonderful product for those making a survival kit for surviving a zombie apocalypse. First off, it's canned brains. Being chased by zombies? Pop open a can, and leave on the ground. They will smell the brains and devour these instead of continue chasing you to eat your brains. One can then run away, or if one has a ranged weapon like a firearm or bow can then run a bit, turn around and kill said zombie. Of course, one can always eat these if one is desperate. Or if one IS a zombie but still retains enough intellect to open canned goods. The cans are small and compact, so keeping a few in a kit as zombie bait and/or emergency food is..pardon the pun, just a no brainer!

Fantastic!
These are probably the best pork brains in milk gravy money can buy. I really like the pinkish color of the gravy. I usually keep a couple cans of these around so the kids can grab a quick snack. And man, the cholesterol count is insane. After 3 or 4 cans I’m good for the day. I’m trying to up my cholesterol intake by 10,000% the recommended daily value. These brains definitely help my high cholesterol diet I’m going for. My only wish is that they include the brains stem and part of the central nervous system in the next run of cans they fill. I love pig nerves. They really get me going.

Delicious. Want to understand better about the nutrition label
These taste really good. Better than I expected. It could be less salty though. One question I have is regarding the carb content. I don't understand where that 9 grams of carbs come from. It's only 5 oz for the whole can. Even if it's 50% milk ( which I doubt) should be only 3-4 grams of carb. There is only tiny little corn starch ( definitely under 1 gram) in it. So where does those carbs come from? Not that It bothers me. I'm just curious.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
I just tried these brains in scrambled eggs today for my first time and let me just say they are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I will be buying again. My only caveat is they are a bit pricey. Don't let the name scare you, just try them. Remember the ol' saying "never judge a book by it's cover".

Priced like lobster!
It tasted good. Yes, pork brains taste good. But we were disappointed with the portions. The 5oz. can should have been at least 70-80% brains and nor 40-50%. Milk Gravy? You mean flower and water. We'll just go get lobster next time.
