I didn’t buy this for wear — it was purchased as a baby shower guest book (cowboy theme). It was very cute and simple — but writing on felt can be hard! My nephew also thought it was a pretty cool hat!

I bought this hat because I was going to a rodeo themed party. It looked really good for the price! My husband liked it so much that I ended up having to order one for him to wear as well. Definitely sturdy enough for casual wear like a party. I opted to take the strings out and the hat still sat securely on my head. Don’t expect a snug fit because it does fit loosely, but it was fine for me. I was satisfied with my purchase!

I have been looking for a cowboy hat to wear to a concert this summer and came across this one that is fairly priced and had good reviews. The hat is HARD. I've never owned a cowboy hat or wear hats in general so I do not know if the feel is normal but it is hard. The hat is constructed well and looks really nice. It is pretty small in the inside and is not big hair friendly. If I decide not wear it with this curly hair, I will have to pin it down to secure it in place. The ribbon and bedazzles are secure and do not lift from the hat, even after a little pulling. The strings are like those you find on the hood of a sweatshirt and are long but not long enough for an adult to use to secure the hat in my opinion, especially if the hat is elevated by hair. There is a mild sheen to the material. It feels like felt but with a hardened flat texture. This will be good for parties or dress up but not to wear for long periods of time or on a daily basis.

What to use it for/material: I bought this hat for a last minute cowgirl costume and it worked great. I think it’s great for Halloween, any themed party, or any country themed bar. With that said, I wouldn’t recommend this for any sort of frequent use. The material isn’t very sturdy. There are cracks/wrinkles from the one time I used it. Fit: I think I have a small/medium sized head for an adult woman and this fit me fine. If you have a big head OR big hair this may not be for you.

This was a gift and they weren’t the right fit . I need to return them . I know the return time is late but I was out of town and just got back . Is there a way that I can still return them . Please advise . Thank you in advance .

They are clearly just sending random hats. I bought this because it came up in a search for KIDS HATS and had the AMAZON CHOICE label, which usually means a trusted vendor. Some people are reviewing stating it fits their kids and there are even pics of kids wearing. So I thought all would be good. I knew with a one size hat they it might be a little big, but I figured it would be close enough to make due. I ordered a brown hat and a black hat, one for each of my boys. One is HUGE, black and has no strap. It’s even way too big on my adult head. The other was also black, not brown as ordered, but at least is sized for a child and has a chin strap as described. I did not expect fantastic quality, as the price is cheap. That’s fine...I was just buying these as costumes for rodeo day at my sons school. But I did expect the size to be a one-size child’s hat. Now I have a crying child because only one hat fits and there’s 2 boys. No time to get another before rodeo day tomorrow. Really disappointed in this order.

YEE to the HAW. This hat made me feel like I had unfinished business in a small dusty town. It’s sturdy, shaped well, and actually fit my head (which hats rarely do). 100% recommend for costumes or random yeehaw energy.

Very cheap quality hat. Made of some sort of cardboard like stuff. Packed and send crumbled and wrinkled.
