Good quality
I have an auto-immune condition so taking 1,200mg. It’s a clean, pharmaceutical grade, so ticks all the boxes in terms of quality. Do research on best way to take it to get best benefits. I am taking 600mg twice a day on an empty stomach. But that’s just for my circumstances.
