Warm satisfying spice.
Very tasty earthy flavour. I add it to curry, soups, sprinkled on aubergines roasted in olive oil; I prefer rich warm flavour to very hot and spicy. This was my second purchase. The pot is really easy to dispense from and reseal.

Great Ancho powder
A 'must have' for cooking Mexican food at home. Cilli con carne is a regular dish in this household and we never cook if it we've run out of this Ancho powder. A little warmer than 'mild' and bags of flavour, great stuff.
