Q: I received this whole house filter and one of the cartridges is broken model fc25b. can i get a replacement of this broken cartridge?

allfilters.com I used iSpring for a while and then the types of filters ordered was so confusing......and its all made in China.......unlike advertised. So I switched to allfilters....now keep in mind that they don’t send one at a time....but the price difference, the nonconfusion, sent by USPS and customer support won me over. ALL MADE IN THE USA! Allfilters also sells the canisters. When ordering filters go by the size ei: 4 1/2” x 20”

Q: Do you still need a water softener with this if hardness is 250 ppm?

Q: What pressure gauge is recommended to install pre and post filter that will work with 3/4" PEX supply line?

I use the one on a spin down pre filter and a 3/4” shark bite with gauge post filter
