when I tell you I was so happy to find this on amazon. because I lost contact with the person I got it from before. it is truly a good price was here the next morning and taste great they have gotten so many more flavors as when they had when I first started drinking it. it has tons of vitamins and actually gives me more energy than drinking a energy drink. I have ADHD so I am usually all over the place at work especially since I'm not taking medication anymore for it. but this part seems to keep me focused and on track and I am not just saying that.

A fellow nurse introduced me to this. I was a skeptical caffeine addicted coffee snob. Past tense... Was! This stuff is so good I have to force myself to remember that it has caffeine and taurine so I don't make more than 1 serving and only in the morning. As directed, the blend (1 scoop + 8oz water) was way too sweet for my preference, so at first I watered it down. Then, because I love fresh fruit, I got the bright idea to add frozen fruit to the top of my 20oz blender bottle with 1 scoop of this stuff and then I fill to the top with water. OMG! I love the mango strawberry with chunks of frozen mangoes and strawberries! It's like having a tropical drink minus the rum! Hahaha... It's like a slush in the morning and by the afternoon it's a refreshingly cool beverage. I never have an evening crash. I don't get jittery. And I've cut down significantly on the amount of sugar I was consuming from my other caffeinated beverage choices by replacing them with this. My body is happier. My mind is less foggy. And I'm not grumpy in the morning anymore!

I have been using Advocare Spark prior to working out for many years and the main positives are the taste, and energy it gives. The one negative is that I do get a little lightheaded from time to time because of the caffeine level so I recommend drinking plenty of water. However, I fully recommend for the price and taste alone. A smaller portion goes a long way!
