As expected

This product came as powder and not loose leaf tea. What is inside the bag does not match photos or advertising.

i purchased this in in 2020 and early 2021 and was delighted. it was quite disppointing when it was no longer available, as i prefer organic teas, so bought it the first chance i could when it came back in july 2022!however, it was inferior POWDER... it is NOT full leaves at all. it's messy, leaves a cloud of dust, and seeps uncontrollably through any tea ball or bag. you can see how dusty the bag is when i opened it... and the second picture shows just how NOT full leaf this is... that dusty scoop is from the top of the bag, not the bottom!i might try it again next year when they have a new batch... hopefully they're back to the old processing but in 2022? no way. it's NOT AT ALL what is shown in the pics.

I really thought I was buying a different kind of tea that had caffeine. This tea does not and it does not taste good. Which is a bummer because I really like this company and I think the tea I was trying to buy is delicious. We are having supply issues and this was recommended to me so I thought it was the same that I had bought last time. And because it's food there was no way to return it which yeah makes sense.
