Q: Does this blanket actually keep you cold or is it a waste of money because the reviews are all over the place?

Yes it does do what it says. I generally sleep with a comforter, take a shower before bed and sleep in 67° or below on the thermostat. My comforter was making me wake up sweaty. I bought this blanket half expecting it to not deliver results. I actually get COLD with only this blanket so I add the comforter and guess what I no longer get sweaty with the comforter on as long as I have the cooling blanket between because it DOES what it claims. It keeps the air circulating between the layers and I LOVE IT. I’m going to order a bigger one because it does have a tendency to slip up during the night even without another blanket layer.
