I have my own office and I use both my cell phone and my office phones to make calls. I needed some type of headset to use with my iPhone and after researching, I chose this one from Wantek. It is well-priced and it turns out to be really good with my cell phone. The sound is very clear and distinct, and everyone talking me says it is really good sound. The last feature I like is that this phone has the option to hear your own voice when you are talking. We have all spent our entire lives talking on the telephone and we always hear our own voice. But many modern headsets do not have this feature and I find it very unsettling, it seems like I am far away in the woods somewhere. You can choose to turn this feature on or off, but I really prefer to hear my voice when I am on the phone.

Run a Solo Customer Service organization, using the headset all day taking and making calls to Customers, Suppliers and misc Vendors, Comfort very important and it meets my requirements. Only one draw back is the switch between on and off slide very easily and I have missed calls because switch is wrong position, Low tech solution is I taped the switch to be permanently ON. Next revision of item should include lock on switch

Have been using it for about a year on a Cisco 8811 phone. It works well and fits over my head without undue pressure. A good solid buy.

Tried headphones without adapters, and with each of the three enclosed adapters. It wouldn't work with any of them. Two put the phone into an infinite reboot loop. The adapters looked like bits of trash someone had soldered together to get a "duct tape and bailing wire" solution. I returned this and bought something better.

Bought this for a busy medical office. Worked great with our phone system. Can hear great, comfortable with hands free. Made our job easier without trying to hold a phone and talk. Would definitely recommend. Brought one for every front office personnel! They all love it!

These plugged into my ShoreTel 230 headset jack and I thought they worked pretty well on a test call to my mobile phone. But everyone I spoke to after that complained that my voice was cutting in and out. When I switched to speakerphone or the phone's handset, audio was fine. I've ordered a replacement and will update this if they work. UPDATE: The replacement works great. Good audio quality, and no one has complained about my mic. Upgraded my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

Audio and sound were great quality, but microphone did not work with my avaya phone so completely unusable. Very very disappointed!

Work great, fits snug to my head. I usually have a hard time finding a headset that goes small enough.

everything else is ok, but the plastic sheath is so slippery, it is difficult to hold. it is like a slimy eel. I cannot grab the headset firmly, not for one time. I am sure that the designer for this headsent has NOT used it for once!
