What a great value!
What a great value! I used this product on a household beer miser that has been dormant for 3 - 4 years and it did a great job! I saw several more expensive units and did consider getting them. I'm glad that I did not and have recommend this product to others. You will pleased and it comes with plenty of cleaner for many cleanings. My only recommendation is that the included spanner wrench is a little on the skimpy side. You may want to get a better one (they are inexpensive and available on Amazon).

Its better than you think.
I would give this 5 stars if the instructions were more detailed. 4 stars for the method is rather simple once you do it for the first time. I will list here what i do to make this process as simple as possible.I do mine every other keg. Every two monthsDo not get new keg until this process is finished. After keg is empty unplug unit. Untap keg. Shut off co2 at the tank. I do not remove the Co2 hose from tapFind a short bucket. (I cut down an old 5 gallon paint bucket to about 6 inches tall) place inside kegorator and place the keg tap (with all hoses attached) in the bucket.Remove the beer dispensing valve up top with supplied wrench. (don't dissemble yet just set in tupperware) now screw the supplied red hose with rubber washer in its place. BLOW in hose. Your checking for a tight fit.IMPORTANT! if you hear air coming from the dispensing valve you need to tighten or add the washer. Your solution will not fill hose if this is not sealed. Stick the tap bypass thing in the keg tap in kegorator. (this allows solution to flow.)You do not need a gallon of waterAbout 1 quart of hot water for the bottle and 1 cup to soak the partsAdd a TBS of solution to the bottle and a 1/2 tsp into a small Tupperware to soak the dispensing parts. With hot solution in bottle screw it onto the red hose. Here is the fun part. Get a low stool. Sit in front of fridge. You have to tip the bottle upside down and allow solution to fill hose, come out of keg tap, then pull the wire out of the keg tap to stop the flow and allow the solution to become trapped in the hose.Don't squeeze to hard. It will flow with very little pressure, gravity and siphon will begin and fill up line. If solution does not flow try this instead of squeezing bottle. With bottle upside down slowly unscrew the bottle from the hose. This will pull air in and start the flow. Re-tighten bottle. When line is full of solution pull pin. set the bottle down and leave for 60 mins.Wash the other parts in the Tupperware. Leave for 60 mins.Times up.Wash the dispensing parts in water and re-assemble.Place the pin back in the keg tap and allow the flow to begin again.Like before slowly unscrew bottle from red hose and allow flow to begin. re-tighten, repeat as needed (bottle will collapse on itself from suction) now empty into bucket. Repeat two times with water to clean lines.Remove red hose, re-attach tap, turn unit back on, clean everything up and go get another keg.

Works as intended.
Worked really well. I wasn't sure if it would work well without a pump, but it was very way to use, simple instructions and included everything needed, the bottle, hose, cleaning powder and wrench and was about 1/2 price of the kits with pumps. I would recommend, basically it does the job. Looks like enough powder to run it 5 or 6 times, maybe a little more. Overall worth it in my opinion.

A must have for those owning kegerators.
Purchased this kit for around $20 a couple of years ago. I've used it to clean the tap and beer lines on my kegerator 6 or 7 times now (everytime I change kegs). It's always worked well but I felt compelled to write this review after having a so-called professional line cleaning done for $20. I figured it would probably be a good idea to have the guys who deliver my kegs clean the lines just to get them thoroughly clean. Long story short, they did a half-ass job and I had to redo it using this trusty kit. What amazes me most is I still have enough cleaning powder to do another 8-10 cleanings. The bottom line is, you can pay someone $15-20 everytime you change kegs or you can buy this kit and clean it yourself 15-20 times. Easy decision if you ask me.

Nice kit
I have no issues with this cleaning kit. It is an excellent cat for the money as it comes with everything you need. Cleans the lines and sanitize nicely easy to use nice little brush And the added spanner wrench really just completes the kit for the money.

very nice kit
This kit was inexpensive and has everything you need to get a thorough job done. I did have an issue with leaking from the bottle cap fitting, almost expected just by looking at the assembly. A simple o-ring fixed that. Comes with plenty of cleaning solution!!

Good system for the price
For the money, this is a great kit. Unless you have a bar or some fancy setup in your McMansion, this will more than work. My only complaint, and hence the loss of a star, was that mine came with a plastic connector on the Sankey end of the included hose. Having a plastic connector on the bottle end is fine but the pictures as of this review show either a copper or chrome colored metal connector and that is preferable since the Sankey end of the beer line is always metal and metal on metal is better. I also added a couple of zip ties to the hose to avoid any possibility of a leak as was the case with the system that came with my Summit system. The functionality is fine and it would seem that those that complain about using it aren't really sure how to use it properly. You have to use gravity and let it flow until the line is full and then you soak. No need to pump it through other than to get it started.
