First time trying monk fruit extract. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I don’t like super sweet things but something’s need a little sweetener and this is just about right for me. I put one drop on my finger and wow it was sweet. 3 drops in a spoon of sour yogurt and it was perfect - even though I like the sour yogurt taste. This is going to be great for adding just that little bit of sweetness to dressings and beverages without adding calories and carbs.

i recently got diagnosed with a chronic inflammatory condition and I have to have less than 10g of added sugar for the foreseeable (1 to 3 years) future, which sucks. I was trying to find a dessert I could have that would eliminate any feelings of deprivation, and as I love FLAN (no sugar topping, just the mixture), I started experimenting on a quick homemade recipe with sweeteners. At first, I tried Stevia, but I hated the aftertaste. Then, I tried this product, and it took about three test batches, but I finally got the consistency and sweetness that I wanted. Very slightly sweet, good firm flan. I serve it as my one treat of the day most days for dinner with raspberries and heavy cream (not interested in counting calories!) No weird aftertaste, tastes perfectly normal. I also used it in a apple cobbler topping, by adding the drops to melted butter - came out great and allowed me to eat something alongside other family members at Thanksgiving. I plan to make a cheesecake next along wtih a raspberry cheesecake topping. Highly recommend.

$6.99 for 2 liquid ounces? I dare anyone to find a better deal! I'm not sure what happened with everyone who had a bad experience with the bottle. There is a very clear instruction on the label that reads, "To open, push cap down & turn counter-clockwise" - just like childproof caps on medicine bottles. The long dropper inside is beautifully designed for minimal waste. Nothing extra drips out. The label also indicates that 4-5 drops is about 1/2 teaspoon, and that sounds like just what I'm tasting. It's lovely - I'm quite excited to see how much this little bottle will give me. A couple of years ago, when I was just starting my Keto journey, I tried monkfruit and just about gagged on the first mouthful. All I can think is that what I tried wasn't actually monkfruit, but a blend with stevia, whose awful aftertaste I can't tolerate. This is a completely pure sweet, and so far none of the gastric upset I get with allulose, and none of the weird cooling effect in the tummy that I get with too much erythritol. Perfect, so far. I'll try it in some homemade chocolate sauce next!

this stuff is very sweet, I love it. I would suggest to the seller to look into a different bottle or at least top, my husband squeezed the bottle slightly and the top came off almost all the fluid went into his cereal, needless to say he still ate the cereal LOL but statement made was way to sweet ... so please look into a better top. thank you great stuff of what we did use tho i do have to say

Best tasting one I have found, absolutely no weird aftertaste, it doesn’t have the sugar alcohols and they didn’t sneak any erythritol in there either. The cap get a little annoying getting it off but it’s not really an issue for me, the drops come out nicely to be able to just get the amount that you want. I’m going keep buying this brand.

I love this product, but will not be purchasing again. I suggest putting in a different container if you order. My top popped off of the first one I ordered within 3 days! The entire contents poured into my drink. I ordered a 2nd one same thing happened but about 2 weeks later. I was very careful and always used one hand to make sure the top stayed on, until the day I forgot and POP the top ended up in my drink again. So $12 down the drain twice :(

Everything about it is perfect. First and foremost the sweetness is perfect with no aftertaste. You just learn to use as many drops as you need to to get it as sweet as you want. I haven’t overdone it yet in all the things I’ve tried. And for those of you who commented negatively on the dropper, I’m really sorry, but all I did to begin with was unscrew the top and then the long tube dropper is very easy to see and control.I would recommend trying it again. I’m so happy I researched enough to discover that Stevia, which I dislike anyway, is not a healthy substance. This Monk is fruit is just that, pure Monk fruit extract nothing else. I love it!

I swore off Equal packets some years ago and was on the hunt for a healthier sweetener for some time. I can't stand the taste of Stevia, and I am really grateful to have stumbled onto this product! Monkfruit is much more palatable to me; I much prefer the taste because it's more subtly sweetening. Also, this tiny bottle seems like it's expensive for the amount you get, but it usually takes me 8+ months to use it up. Amazing value for a good price! Thank you, product makers :)
