Had the exact same phone for quite a while but the charging port became problematic. Decided to replace it with the same model because I could add a micro SD card. First one had an issue with the phone recognizing an SD card. Tried three different cards with the same result. Contacted the seller in Texas and explained the situation. They sent me a paid return label and replaced it with a new phone that works perfectly. Highly recommend this seller and would definitely buy from them again.

After only a week, my brand new phone stopped working. The screen went black and unresponsive. I could hear the calls and messages coming in, but there was no life on the screen. I deliberately didn't buy the refurbished phone to avoid the drama. THAT WAS JUST THE BEGINNING OF IT. Before I returned it, the seller reassured me that since they couldn't provide an international shipping label, they would refund the return shipping cost all I needed to provide was a receipt. However, once they got the phone they changed their minds and decided that the $84 that I spent to return the phone was too expensive so they wouldn't be refunding it it after all Not only did I have to deal with hassle of a defective phone, but also a disingenuous seller as there was no mention of this anywhere when they were communicating with me. Don't think this can't happen to you. It could very well happen. Save yourself from the frustration- DO NOT BUT FROM SELL PHONE BASEMENT LLC. They cannot be trusted.

We are about to buy another one of these phones because they have served us very well. My son earned his first smart phone, and since I had history with the Note 10+ and the price wasn't too crazy, we bought him one. It has worked nonstop since we got it. He did crack the screen recently, but it was completely his fault. It still works, but we may try to replace the screen. My wife is a phone abuser, and we had been using Kyocera, but on their new phones, she has had constant problems. So here i am again buying another Note 10+. I see a lot of negative reviews, but I don't understand why. I hope you give this phone a try. I've had mine for years and years. Still working great. Thank you for your time.

I've had this cell phone for about 3 weeks now and the phone itself is exceptional. What's not is the fact its an AT&T unlocked cell-phone loaded with bloatwear and can't use all of its functions that I paid 885 dollars for because I don't use AT&T service. I tried to ask twice for the phone I ordered and kept getting the same line, but that's its unlocked. Well it might as well be locked. I could even deal with the fact that it's blue instead of the white one I ordered. I couldn't be with out cellphone due to my health so I felt like I didn't have the time I needed to argue with whomever I purchased it from. It's really sad because I had to save that money up to buy it. Really missing some really good options that Samsung phones have to offer because of AT&T. But AT&T just does not work at my home. So customer service really sucks. I would recommend buying the Samsung galaxy note 10 plus, just from a different seller. Buyer beware!

The note 10 plus is a great phone for the actual current price around $499 for 256gb version. The main reason for me was the option for the memory card that the new ones don't have now. Coming from a note 8 the difference in performance is significant for the upgrade you get more ram, bigger & brighter screen, faster processor, micro sd card. etc. etc. Fortunately, I didn't have any issues like other reviewer's post, like they received a locked phone or a used one instead of new. That's why is important that you view the sellers' reviews before clicking. Even though Amazon Prime will deliver the phone, sometimes they are not the actual seller. For me if is not "Amazon Prime" delivery I won't buy no matter the price.

Phone looks brand new until you optimize and scan to see its performance. Battery is 97% but however detected as weak. I received my phone Aug 26. And when I check the battery detected an issue. Battery life ( weak ). Everything looks new otherwise except for the charging port it looks a bit old with little rust which is barely noticeable. Disappointing. Seller needs to put it as renewed item in the description cause this phone ain’t new.

I own this phone, which I highly recommend - so I ordered a renewed one for my family member. Was it renewed? This phone I got from RE-CELL was in mint condition. Not a scratch on it. The only evidence it wasn't brand new was a high-quality, seamless gorilla glass protector which was obviously professionally installed! It was packed like it came from the factory. RE-CELL did a great job here, and I will look for their name in the future when purchasing a renewed cell phone. Couldn't be happier!

I was up on my roof today when suddenly the rain came down. A little bit of rain, not a problem. I then realized my phone was in my back pocket. Again, not a problem. A little later I tried using my phone but it was unresponsive. It was on, but unresponsive. On the screen it said: No SIM. Emergency Calls Only. WHAT!!!??? I used the ejector tool to take out my Sim Tray. THE TRAY AND THE SIM WERE WET!! The Phone was labeled New before purchase and looked New when it arrived, but clearly it wasn't. I must admit that I am pretty disappointed. I guess the upside is that I now know who not to buy from.
