These are very lightweight, much lighter than I thought they would be based on the reviews and descriptions. Additionally, the synthetic fabric has sort of a weird smell that off-gasses for a while after it's out of the bag. Normally, getting something like this that is less than the expectation, I would just take it back.However, the reason for the 1-star rating is that the company is a third party seller and doesn't accommodate any return shipping and the cost of the return ends up being about 20% of the cost of the product, which seems somewhat unreasonable - there's a handling fee well in excess of the shipping cost. That's not transparent in the description or even in the information when you request a return. After the return is processed, your refund is simply 80% of the cost of the product along with an after-the-fact e-mail describing both a shipping and handling fee.

UPDATE on Oct 30, 2019: after I submitted a refund/return request, the seller “sunwavesports” contacted me and offered free exchange to Adult Small. It fits very well with my 11-yr-old son (5ft tall). I also requested to see an actual parka picture. They did with a 5ft individual wearing it. The Adult size has longer length, which can cover the knees; however their youth size is still more like a jacket, see the attached images. Overall, I am happy with the shopping experience with the seller and raised my rating from 3-star to 5-star.Be careful with the inaccurate web picture. The web picture looks long and can reach knees. The actual parka has much shorter length. In fact it is more like a jacket. I uploaded the image below, and you can judge the length issue.Quick shipping from the vendor, and they did not give me a full refund.

I love this swim parka! I live in NJ. Before this parka, my walk back from the hot tub was frigid. Last night, I was in the hot tub for about an hour. It was 25 degrees outside. I waltzed back inside, cozy within my swim parka. It rocks. for the record, I weigh in at a chubby 260 lbs and am 5 ft 9 inches tall. My mom says I'm big-boned. I have the XXL which fits me divinely.

Product is great. There is a huge zippered pocket at the bottom of the jacket on the inside perfect for a towel even a big towel. This does run small. My son is 4'10" and 72lbs a adult small fit fine but opted for the adult medium so he would have growing room. After I have this all embroidered buying one every year or less isn't on my budget.I had to return the first one due to the size being to small. The seller was phenomenal and kind hearted. They 2 day returned shipped the replacement just so I would have it by Christmas all on their own. Big kudos to them💜

This is great and my son loves it. It's warm and the inside is soft and snuggly, but it doesn't hold tight to water after getting out of the pool, which is great. I bought it for my 7-year old son. It's a little big, but not so big that he can't wear it. The banded wrists make it fit just right now. I love that he'll be able to wear it until his teen years - I'm a 5'6" woman and I can wear it too.

Not as thick and plush as other brands. My daughter did not feel that it would keep her warm enough. We didn't want to take the tags off and use it as this would make the return more difficult. We returned it in favor of another brand purchased locally.

We returned because the zipper is very difficult to use. Not sure if it was just the one we bought. But going to buy another brand. As far as size my son is 5 ft 5in and about a hundred twenty pounds in the adult medium was

I've been looking for a long winter coat that is down to my knees that is not big and bulky! This one is perfect! I'm 5'10" and 245. I ordered a 3X and it fits as I expected it to. I can probably wear a hoodie under it if I need to when its really cold. I'll worry about that when the time comes. I am excited! its NOT heavy and bulky so when putting on my seat belt it wont be an issue. It will keep the wind off my hips and upper legs which is what I have been wanting for a few years now. The lining is a nice fleece not MICRO FIBER! And the hood is lined as well :-) No I'm not athletic lol I just needed a nice warm coat for the TN winters :-) and this one will work perfectly! Highly recommend for adults!!!

Swim parka for my sons competition. Very good quality and color choices were very good. Would buy again .
