For the money this is a good value. The picture of the plane and your name will come out great. The top logo “handcrafted by”and the bottom “City,ST” font is just a little too small so the definition of the letters is poor when you burn it onto the wood. Overall, I’m very happy with it.

This branding iron arrived in perfect condition. It takes about 1 minute to bring it to a hot enough condition to brand hardwood boards. I chose a 1 1/2 inch size, which is perfect for the charcuterie boards that I make. I will probably order an electric powered branding iron in the future. But, for now, this iron is magnificent.

The iron does a fantastic job, although it takes a little practice. Try it on some scrap pieces until you figure out how hot to get it stir doesn’t char the wood, if it’s too hot, or the words won’t show up properly if it’s not hot enough. Once you get that figured out you will love it!!

I bought this for my son's birthday and he loved it. It is really well made and detailed. It will be a great addition to his woodworking.

Works very well if you burn the raw wood, i tried to stamp a piece that was complete with an oil based stain and it would not burn through. I am also heating my stamp by using a propane torch, it heats it so much that i stamp scrap pieces of wood before doing the final stamp this prevents it from over burning and making the image run together. the third time stamping i have found is the most ideal

Very nice branding iron, works as it should, only big problem was waiting a month to receive it.

Bought this for my father in law and had it custom with his brand. He loves it and uses it regularly. I was very pleased, so much so I ordered another for me! =)

The product turned out well mine is the fact that I would pre-worn if your business logo has a lot of fine detail it will actually show up more like a blob as my roses did.
