Trying to describe the flavor is not something that I could truly accomplish,. -- Nobody could have written a description that would have registered near accurately in my taste buds in describing this particular taste. So I'm not going to try to convey the nature of this kind of delectability to your taste buds either. -- It is a treat, & it's excellent on a variety of foods / dishes as other reviews state. I make my own custom blends with this versatile mushroom truffle powder! Add seasalt, cayenne pepoer powder & this truffle powder & i put this blend on everything! Bring ig in my purse to add to meals out! Great in soup or sauces for that extra umami punch of yum! Super fine powder means mixes great w other spices too! Love! Wont leave home without it!

The flavor seems off to me. It is not like other truffle seasonings I have had in the past. But that is really personal taste. The packaging is good quality, and the size is as expected.

Tastes amazing on pretty much everything,I really love it on steak with seasoning and using it as a bit of a different spin on parmesan truffle fries. I would definitely recommend.

The next best thing to having a truffle that you can grate over your food !! Best used for finishing dishes, and the container takes time to get used to in order to dispense the amount you desire. Can be used for flavoring in the beginning but you will need more than you think.

I am addicted to this lower salt flavor enhancement. I bought because my low/no sodium diet recommended Truffle zest. I shopped for an inexpensive one. I settled on this product. I could eat the entire bottle full at once. So good!
