Runs out of Battery Fast, Wrong Plug
It works well when fully charged but the battery drains very fast and the vacuuming power decreases. Needs to be charged a lot. Also, they sent me an EU plug charger instead of a UK one so I needed an adapter to charge.

Not impressed!
Item arrived, on opening discovered that charger had a European plug, so no good whatsoever. Now in the process of returning the item. What a waste of time.

Not very good
I bought this some time ago, and it has never been very good at hoovering small things, like crumbs from a table. It is therefore a constant source of exasperation, frustration and I have finally decided to give up and buy something else. The last black and decker one I had was just marvellous, but after many years it gave up the ghost. I have missed it ever since.
